Description:
The BAA Stansted Airport Valet Parking service has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Directions:
From the M11 follow signs for the terminal and on arrival at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The Valet Parking drop off point is located on this lane at the far end of the terminal building. Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.
Security Measures:
Your car will be parked in a secure and official on-airport car park whilst you are away.
Arrival Procedure:
Drive to the Valet Parking drop off point at the far end of the set down lane on the arrivals forecourt. The Valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you.
Departure Procedure:
Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park and then signs to Fast Track. Your keys should be collected from the Short Stay Customer Service building on the corner of the Fast Track Car Park. Contact telephone number: 01279 680095 please call on arrival.

This service is operational 24hrs a day. To pre-book this service please ensure that you make your bookings 2 days before you are due to arrive at the car park. We will not be able to accomodate oversize vehicles (Vans, Minibuses, Buses, Lorries etc), vehicles that are >5.00m long or vehicles with trailers. In additon we cannot accept motorcycles or any vehicle that cannot be driven on a standard car driving license. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Insurance:
The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
