It’s also suitable for those with lots of luggage or travelling with children. The chauffeur will meet you at the reception on each departure forecourt. You can then proceed directly to check-in whilst your car is transferred to the Business Parking car park. This car park holds the Park Mark award for security and safety, which is awarded by the Metropolitan Police. On your return, proceed to the Valet Parking Reception building, to collect your car.
Distance to Airport
The drop-off point is at the Reception directly outside each Terminal on the departures forecourt. Cars are stored in the Business Parking site within the Airport boundary.

Arrival Procedures
Prior to arrival, you must call Official Valet parking on 08704 11 11 18 to reconfirm your details between half an hour after making the booking and a minimum of 24 hours before your day of departure. (The best time to re-confirm is 06:00 - 22:00 Mon-Fri, unless your booking is imminent). The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. On the day of departure, drive to your Departure terminal where the uniformed Chauffeur will be waiting to take your car to the car park.
Terminal 1 - Proceed to the Drive-To Reception, located at the bottom left hand corner of the Departures forecourt. Park and register at the Drive-To Reception.
Terminal 2 - The Drive-To Reception is at the far end of the Departures forecourt, accessed via the outside lane. Park and register. If you are going to be more than 10 mins earlier/later than your booked time please call 07956 471302 or 08704 11 11 18.
Terminal 3 - Drive to the Drive-To Reception at the end of the outside (Drop Off) lane on the Departures forecourt. Park and register. If you are going to be more than 10 mins earlier/later than your booked time please call 07956 471302 or 08704 11 11 18.
Terminal 4 - Drive to the Drive-To Reception on the Departures (upper) forecourt. Keep in the outside (3rd) lane and, and turn right towards our barrier into the 4th lane. Register via intercom.
Departure Procedures
On your return, your car will be waiting for you at the Drive-To Reception on the departures forecourt.

Security Measures
The Business Parking car park holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.
Disabled Facilities
Valet Parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.
Maximum Car Size
Trailers are not permitted. There is a height restrictions at Terminal 1 of 8 feet.
Insurance
The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

There are 3 valeting options available. Transfers between Heathrow and Gatwick are also available. Please ask when re-confirming. Subject to availability

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
